HEDIS Services

ManagedCare.com provides complete HEDIS reporting and management services to health plans and other MCOs. Our software has been certified since 2006 by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

ManagedCare.com offers the most cost-effective solution for HEDIS reporting in the market today, with annual pricing starting at $15,000 per year. Moreover, we do not demand multi-year commitments – our clients execute only a one-year agreement, ensuring that we're focused on meeting their evolving needs for each and every reporting cycle. We can provide a rapid implementation (typically less than 30 days) and there is no implementation charge. New HEDIS clients also receive sizable discounts on our ASP reporting solutions if they elect to subscribe to our complete report suite.

ManagedCare.com HEDIS Solution

NCQA Certified

ManagedCare.com's ASP reporting system obtained limited certification from NCQA in 2006 and 2007. This certification covered only the California IHA P4P measurement set. In 2008, this limited certification was expanded to both HEDIS (approximately 80% of the measures) and the IHA measurement set. ManagedCare.com (MCC) obtained full HEDIS certification for the 2009 and 2010 measurement years and will be engaging in the same testing process for 2011. The timing of such certification will be conditioned upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, NCQA's release of the final "test decks" to vendors, but is expected to occur on or before January 31, 2011.

Our application recognizes HEDIS and P4P reporting as a continuous process of quality improvement. By producing real-time results throughout the year and furnishing physicians with access to this information through our on-line dashboard portals, we direct resources to members requiring key services.

We support pay-for-performance and State-level reporting requirements, including non-claims administrative measures (e.g. patient satisfaction, practice surveys, etc.). These tools include customized dashboard presentations, organizational outcomes tracking and comparative reporting to contrast plan-specific quality data with national norms from our client database of over 100 MCOs and 10 million enrolled lives.
