During the month of March, ManagedCare ASP clients are being equipped with ManagedCare.com's
new Claims Inquiry tool, which has been available in a limited beta test for the
past several months. This application provides on-line drill-down features that
allow the user to call up claims level detail behind figures that appear in standard
reports. It provides access to Excel-compatible data views for instantaneous validation
and manipulation of the underlying data. Release 1.0 is the first in an increasingly
robust set of user inquiry features that will be rolling out over the course of
2005.
